Qualifications:- Graduate of any 4-year course (or diploma holder in a relevant field) 
- With 2–3 years of experience in front desk or customer service, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury service industries 
- Skilled in client engagement, treatment coordination, and upselling 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to present options empathetically 
- Proficient in English and Filipino, and comfortable using CRM or scheduling platforms 
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and maintains high professional standards 
- Handle patient and customer inquiries with care and professionalism 
- Manage patient scheduling and clinic appointments 
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information 
- Support clinic operations and uphold grooming and attendance standards 
- Achieve revenue and client retention goals 
- Ensure timely scheduling and excellent patient satisfaction 
- Attend trainings and maintain strong product knowledge
