Qualifications:Graduate of any 4-year course (or diploma holder in a relevant field)
With 2–3 years of experience in front desk or customer service, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury service industries
Skilled in client engagement, treatment coordination, and upselling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to present options empathetically
Proficient in English and Filipino, and comfortable using CRM or scheduling platforms
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and maintains high professional standards
Handle patient and customer inquiries with care and professionalism
Manage patient scheduling and clinic appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information
Support clinic operations and uphold grooming and attendance standards
Achieve revenue and client retention goals
Ensure timely scheduling and excellent patient satisfaction
Attend trainings and maintain strong product knowledge
