Position: Fleet Administrator (Non Trade-in)

Location: 1880 Eastwood Avenue, Libis, Quezon City

Your Role:

As a Fleet Administrator (Non Trade-in), You Will

• Coordinate the transport of vehicles and accurately process all related invoices for disposal vehicles in conjunction with the Remarketing Manager.
• Terminate vehicles within KPI and prepare for sale, ensuring all unfair wear and tear (UFW&T) charges are applied.
• Comply with government regulations applying to vehicle sales.
• Follow and manage internal processes and reporting for vehicle sales while minimizing repair costs and vehicle expenditure.
• Manage returned vehicle stock and complete monthly stock reports accounting for 100% of vehicles.
• Identify and recommend new best practices to improve workflow and price achievement.
• Actively participate in system development, testing, and improvement activities as needed.
• Ensure all required documents are attached to the main operating system (Miles).
  
  

Performance Success Will Be Measured By

• Timely and accurate processing of all fleet administration tasks.
• Achieving internal KPIs related to trade-in volumes and reporting.
• Effective stock management and reporting accuracy.
  
  

What You Need:

Must Have

• Logistics or stock management experience
• Customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  

Preferred but not essential

• Experience in the fleet management or automotive industry
• Experience processing high volumes of administrative tasks
