Global Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver complex business and technical projects across multiple stakeholder groups, with a focus on strategic enablement and operational excellence.
• Manage projects through all phases—from initiation to implementation—ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, and success metrics.
• Drive process innovation and automation, identifying opportunities to streamline delivery and enhance user experience.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to project teams, sponsors, and leadership.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration, establishing shared goals and accountability across teams.
• Track and report on project performance, including financials, resource utilization, and outcomes.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as a change agent, helping teams navigate ambiguity and adopt new ways of working.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HR technology or employee experience domains.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, and digital tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Workday).
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in matrixed environments.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect project outcomes to enterprise strategy.
• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with AI, data platforms, or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complexity and drive clarity.
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and leading through change.
