We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance (Reporting) Analyst Supervisor to lead our reporting team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, experience in reporting processes, and the ability to provide insights that drive business decisions.

What You'll Do
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to support strategic decision-making.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in reporting workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide actionable insights.
Prepare presentations for senior management highlighting key financial metrics.
Manage deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
