Finance Operations Assistant (US Wealth Management, Office-based)

Description

Schedule: Monday- Friday (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM / 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT)

Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience on a similar role
• Must have experience in the investment, banking, and/or finance industry
• Proven ability to manage different requests and deliver under deadlines
• Experience supporting multiple departments
• Strong communication skills
  
  

What will you do?

• Reconcile transfer of assets and bulk journal transactions.
• Manage and organize key documents, including account statements and year-end tax information.
• Maintain accurate records of manager communications in shared filing systems.
• Set up new accounts in Black Diamond for client team review and finish set up upon receiving additional information from client teams.
• Enter and update data within Ballentine’s proprietary private investment record-keeping system and Black Diamond.
• Review reconciliation reports, identify discrepancies, and drive resolution.
• Maintain Canoe allocations, update automation index paths, and resolve errors.
• Assist with the operational and administrative aspects of private investments.
• Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.
• Gather, validate, and maintain client, investment, and manager data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute both small- and large-scale projects related to clients’ private investments.
