Position Summary
A Bill Processor is responsible for reviewing and correctly routing retrospective our physical medicine bills. This critical role requires the individual to evaluate and confirm compensability and eligibility on said bills to make sure that they are in compliance with company, state, and client specified guidelines.

A Bill Processor is responsible for reviewing and correctly routing retrospective our physical medicine bills. This critical role requires the individual to evaluate and confirm compensability and eligibility on said bills to make sure that they are in compliance with company, state, and client specified guidelines.
Primary Duties And Responsibility
- Review bills to determine eligibility for processing
- Make out bound calls to providers and clients as needed to obtain critical information and/or verify compensability
- Validate existing data for accuracy
- Maintain a 3 day turnaround time
- Meet or exceed daily production goals for assigned workflow (220 standard NIS, 330 Bridge, 100 Missing Info)
- Maintain a QA score of 95% or higher
- Work special priority projects as assigned within established turnaround times
- High School Diploma
- 0 - 2 years customer service experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Detail-oriented and solid organizational skills
- Medical terminology / coding - I.E. CPT / HCPCS/ICD 9-10 experience and/or professional certification preferred
