Responsibilities & Duties
Treasury Management
Ø Monitor daily cash balances and forecast short-term liquidity needs
Ø Manage bank accounts, fund transfers and payment approvals
Ø Maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
Ø Optimize working capital and cash flow strategies
Ø Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures
Finance Operations
Ø Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
Ø Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and reconciliations
Ø Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ø Collaborate with internal teams to resolve finance-related issues
Ø Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Audit and Compliance
Ø Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits
Ø Coordinate with auditors and respond to audit queries
Ø Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies
Ø Identify gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance
Requirements
Ø Support regulatory reporting and statutory requirements
Reporting and Analysis
Ø Prepare cash flow reports, treasury dashboards, and variance analyses
Ø Provide insights on liquidity, funding needs, and operational efficiency
Process Improvement and Systems
Ø Lead initiatives to automate and streamline finance operations
Ø Evaluate and implement treasury management systems or tools
Ad Hocs
Ø Participate in cross-functional projects related to finance operations, such as system migrations or policy updates
Ø Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial operations
