Job Description
Performs investigation of fraud related cases and provides relevant information on the nature, root cause and potential impact of the problem including recommendations on how to address this. Assists the FF Head in ensuring that results of fraud investigation are properly endorsed to concerned units (i.e. Legal, Security) for proper action. Conducts tests to validate bypass activities and fraud-related cases. Provides inputs on new fraud cases for monitoring and operationalization in order to prevent and minimize further revenue leakages. Provides relevant inputs to drive innovation, process improvements (particularly, on fraud detection and monitoring processes) and enhancements. Researches on current trends in fraud techniques which will serve as early warning signals of potential revenue loss.
Conducts specialized INVESTIGATIONS and FIELD
OPERATIONS, focusing on gathering relevant facts and
details.
Supports the management of investigative interviews,
ensuring proper procedures are followed.
Analyzes basic facts and information gathered to
contribute to findings and evidence, aiding in solving
the case and identifying the root cause.
Drafts preliminary reports of investigations, including
initial recommendations under supervision.
Follows established protocols for documenting and
storing evidence and findings.
Participates in case review meetings to learn from
more experienced investigators and contribute
observations.
Supports HR in the administrative proceedings (drafts
NTE & NOD)
