FORTEM CEMENT CORPORATION is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Lead to oversee the financial operations of our new business unit. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, creating detailed financial statements, and providing insightful analysis to the Business Unit Head to support decision-making and strategy development.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and creating financial statements.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present financial data clearly and effectively to senior management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
