The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Manage inquiries and build strong client relationships.
- Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and needs.
- Pass qualified leads to sales teams for closing.
- Maintain and update the lead database.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets.
- 1+ year experience as an Inside Sales/Sales Development Rep, preferably in the services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with high-quality work standards.
- Adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments.
- Goal-driven and excels in fast-paced settings.
