As a Brand Manager, you will play an integral role in crafting the narrative of our smoke-free products in the Philippines. Job Responsibilities

As a Brand Manager, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing and deploying a core brand creative idea, ensuring all activities and representations of the brand in the market are consistent with the defined positioning and strategy.
  • Developing brand strategies and plans by understanding consumer needs, difficulties, insights, market trends, and landscape analysis.
  • Enhancing the brand role, positioning, and adapting the brand framework to improve product and brand appeal for growth.
  • Adapting global campaigns for the local market and developing local campaigns to improve brand visibility and engagement.
  • Crafting and deploying messaging and communication strategies, including content type adaptation.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies across various channels, including online and offline advertising, POSMs, trade shows/public events, and online/in-store promotions.
  • Conducting research and analysis to determine key values driving buying and conversion behavior for different segments.
  • Coordinating the development of marketing materials across direct and indirect channels, with a strong focus on digital platforms such as websites, paid media, e-commerce, and CRM.
  • Monitoring the efficiency of marketing campaigns and tactics to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in brand management or similar marketing roles, ideally gained in the consumer products and or electronic devices industries.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer insights, and market analysis.
  • Outstanding creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on detail
  • Experience in both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including digital
  • An achievement-focused attitude with the determination to excel and attain lofty targets.
  • The ability to think strategically and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market environment.
