RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop HTML email templates across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
  • Development customer journeys with multichannel (e.g.: Email, SMS & Mobile Push) based on business requirements, for both transactional & commercial needs.
  • Maintain data structure and synchronization between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core Cloud.
  • Construct SQL queries (based on MS SQL Server standard) and filtering rules to perform segmentation based on business requirements.
  • Development of automated administrative process & queries in Marketing Cloud for data management.
  • Develop API/REST solutions and SFMC Custom Activities for integrations with external systems.
  • Assist business users to establish A/B testing for digital communications with Journey Builder.
  • Prepare test scripts for unit tests and UAT for quality assurance.
  • Create reports in Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM to support status monitoring and marketing performance evaluation from marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce/Web/Mobile Developers for solutions design like customization Salesforce objects and multichannel communication establishment.
  • Keep up to date with latest trends and best practices in marketing automation technology.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and administration. (preferred)
  • Holder of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (Administrator, Email Specialist or Consultant) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and related methodologies (preferred)
  • Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality (essential)
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript (client and server side), GTL, SQL (essential)
  • Knowledge of AMPScript is a plus
  • Experience of composing functional specifications documentation is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Understanding of standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality (preferred)
  • Analytical in nature with the ability to place user first
  • Solid time management skills and attention n to detail
  • Flexibility to travel to overseas offices to support projects if required

Location: Office-based role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce platform based on business requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance data integrity within the Salesforce system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to the team.
  • Manage user access, security settings, and profiles within Salesforce.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.
  • Assist in the integration of third-party applications with Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in project management and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
