We are looking for an admin and customer support with at least 3 years of experience to support our team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service via chat and CRM.
  • Updating Shopify orders and managing returns/warranty claims.
  • Researching/sourcing new products using Alibaba.
  • Provide general marketing and administration support.
  • Posting and scheduling in social media channels.
  • Reaching out to social media personalities via email/DM.
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations and performing backup operations.
  • Additional skills in copywriting or design highly regarded.

Required experience and skills

  • Experience in eCommerce businesses (preferred)
  • Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace (Google docs, Google sheets, and Google slides)
  • Experience data entry
  • Experience with website research
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent research skills
  • Good Level of English
  • Strong internet connection
