We are looking for an admin and customer support with at least 3 years of experience to support our team.
Responsibilities
- Providing customer service via chat and CRM.
- Updating Shopify orders and managing returns/warranty claims.
- Researching/sourcing new products using Alibaba.
- Provide general marketing and administration support.
- Posting and scheduling in social media channels.
- Reaching out to social media personalities via email/DM.
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations and performing backup operations.
- Additional skills in copywriting or design highly regarded.
Required experience and skills
- Experience in eCommerce businesses (preferred)
- Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace (Google docs, Google sheets, and Google slides)
- Experience data entry
- Experience with website research
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent research skills
- Good Level of English
- Strong internet connection
