We're Hiring: Executive Assistant / Secretary

Location: Makati

Schedule: Monday Friday | Dayshift

Industry: Events & Marketing Agency

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and proactive? Were looking for a reliable and driven Executive Assistant / Secretary to support one of the Executives. If you have at least one year of experience in a similar administrative role and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, we want to meet you!

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and event logistics as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in project coordination and internal communications
  • Provide general adm inistrative and secretarial support to the President


Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented


Amenable to travel anytime as required for meetings, events, or project support

  • Background in events, marketing, or a creative agency is a plus
