Position Overview
The position of Executive Assistant I provides executive administrative support to an executive leader (VP). The incumbent will regularly plan and manage the day-to-day tasks at the direction of their assigned executive leader(s). The incumbent will exude a strong work ethic, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. The Executive Assistant I will report performed additional duties assigned by his/her assigned Insight Executive.
What You’ll Do At Insight

The incumbent will regularly plan and manage the day-to-day tasks at the direction of their assigned executive leader(s). The incumbent will exude a strong work ethic, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. The Executive Assistant I will report performed additional duties assigned by his/her assigned Insight Executive.
What You’ll Do At Insight
- Manage the senior executive leader's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings, based on availability and preference of Executive.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation and lodging.
- Streamline and manage executive expense reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a liaison between the executive leader and other internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate executive’s schedule and/or makes appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepares facilities, record and transcribe meeting minutes.
- Assist with meeting set up, including video conferencing and audio.
- Answers and screens telephone calls. Arranges conference calls.
- Manage and maintain the executive leader's filing system, both hard copy and electronic
- Manage and route incoming and outgoing mail. Locate and attach appropriate file(s) to correspondence to be answered by Executive.
- Welcome scheduled visitors and direct them to appropriate area or person.
- Conducts research, compiles, and produces statistical reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
- Performs general office duties and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
- If applicable, responsible for office support activities.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong discretion and integrity.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and/or issues from suppliers, management, and other teammates.
- Previous SAP experience a plus.
- Amenable to work in a night shift sched and in Pasig for a hybrid set-up.
