HR Business Partner Manager

The HR Business Partner collaborates closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving initiatives in performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.

• Formulate country specific HR-policies and procedures aligned with 2X HR strategy, in collaboration with other HR functional teams with business -aligned deliverables/outcomes
• Coordinate country HR initiatives and secure agreement with Country Management teams on implementation timeline. Ensure all formulated and agreed HR activities are aligned with 2X HR strategic plans
• Drive strategic workforce shaping and planning to create and sustain an effective organization in support of business strategy, defining the in-year controlled organization as well as the longer-term demand plan
• Manage large scale, complex change programs to ensure successful implementation of business strategy
• Provide expert business facing HR consultation and advice to Country Management teams
• Oversee daily management of HR teams with total responsibility for overall HR functional areas (e.g. recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS, training, talent, etc.)
• Ensure delivery of reliable, compliant and secure HR operations in support of the business
• Provide expert business facing HR consultation and advice to senior leadership
• Ensure plans are in place to positively impact employee morale and engagement and partner with the leadership team to ensure people managers can manage high performing, engaged teams
• Involve subject matter experts from HR functional teams and cross-functional teams to coordinate HR continuous improvement processes/efforts
• Review periodical data/reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks for business decision making
• Set direction and cascade team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated
• Provide HR leadership in any crisis & continuity management activity in conjunction with local incident management team or business support team
• Ensure measures are in place to support the health, safety & care for our people
