Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course.
- Strong Communication skills both spoken and written
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong Organizational Skills (Calendar Management, Bookings, Meeting Coordination)
- Highly motivated and strong communication
- Upbeat, positive, and team-oriented
- Experience with an AUS business desirable but not essential
- Inbox management:
- Proven track record of building and maintaining rules, categories, and simple, robust folder structures in Outlook (desktop).
- Ability to triage, prioritise and summarise our inbox so that the executive only sees what genuinely needs their attention.
- Calendar and time protection:
- Experience protecting executive focus time, building buffers around meetings, and looking 2–4 weeks ahead to proactively manage conflicts.
- Confidence to push back, reshuffle and negotiate timeframes with internal and external stakeholders where appropriate.
- Other Task required:
- Assistance with departmental operations and completing day-to-day administrative functions, such as coordinating schedules and maintaining calendars.
- Create documents like agendas, presentations, and reports using Google Suite.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Communicate effectively with executives, other staff members, and external
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and other assignments
