  • Process Standardization: Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow templates for various creative assets, specializing in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and foundational After Effects/Premiere Pro for motion assets.

Required Expertise: The Certified Design Instructor

We need a proven creative leader who excels in both production and pedagogy.

  • Creative L&D Experience: 2+ years of formal experience developing, managing, and delivering technical training or Learning & Development (L&D) programs, preferably within a remote or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) setting.
  • Professional Design Background: 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in a graphic design or digital post-production role, with a non-negotiable emphasis on **E-commerce advertising** and technical asset delivery. A world-class design portfolio is mandatory.
  • Adobe Suite Mastery (Mandatory): Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of foundational motion graphics tools (After Effects/Premiere Pro) for training purposes is also required.
  • Documented Process Creation: Demonstrated ability to create clear lesson plans, instructional materials, assessment rubrics, and scalable creative SOPs.
