The Social Media Coordinator will manage and execute social media strategies across all company brands
- Create and schedule engaging content across posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Manage content calendars and assist with promotional campaigns.
- Respond to community engagement and monitor social trends.
- Analyse performance data to inform content strategy.
- Support the marketing team with creative projects, including photography/videography coordination and basic content editing.
Non-negotiables
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content creation role (agency or in-house)
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts or clients, developing content strategies, running organic social campaigns, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Experience working with Canva and similar tools
- Prior experience in lifestyle, outdoor, or automotive/marine industries is highly regarded
- Passion for the outdoor, adventure, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
- Organised and reliable with strong time management
- Background in photo and video editing via Capcut and similar tools.
