Position Summary
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth
functioning of daily operations, tasks and projects. Your strong organizational skills and keen attention to
detail will be essential in managing administrative tasks and providing valuable assistance to our
investment professionals. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas
of the business while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and
handle correspondence efficiently.
• Data Management: Maintain and update investment databases, ensuring accuracy and timely
retrieval of information.
• Communication: Facilitate smooth communication within the team and across departments to
ensure effective collaboration.
• Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
• Proactive Approach: Assist in identifying potential issues and opportunities and offering innovative
solutions to enhance investment performance.
• Client Interaction: Coordinate and manage interactions with clients, providing outstanding service
and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in all investment related activities.
• Research and Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, markets, and strategies. As required,
conduct financial research, market analysis, and related tasks to support the decision-making
process.
Requirements
• 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to successfully meet deadlines and work to measures of success.
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
