We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, focusing on employee management, process optimization, and customer service excellence, particularly in eCommerce and drop shipping environments.
Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations Support: Assist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day business activities, ensuring all functions are carried out efficiently.
  • Employee Management: Help manage employee schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels and productivity. Track team performance through KPIs and assist in improving operational processes.
  • Customer Service & Sales: Provide top-tier customer service, especially in supporting wireless sales initiatives. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Training & Development: Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable and effective, particularly in eCommerce and drop shipping operations.
  • Compliance & Procedures: Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • eCommerce & Drop shipping Expertise: Utilize a strong understanding of online platforms and drop shipping tools to improve and streamline eCommerce operations.
  • Data & Financial Oversight: Handle administrative tasks, including preparing reports, monitoring expenses, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: Solid proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role within a BPO environment.
  • eCommerce & Drop shipping Expertise: Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Ebay,) and drop shipping tools (Autods, WooCommerce)
  • Customer Service: Exceptional ability to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Clerical & Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, handling data, reports, and clerical tasks effectively.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, drive productivity, and maintain high performance standards.
  • Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous especially in English or Australian language.
  • Time Management: Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong focus on supporting the operational excellence and growth of the company’s eCommerce and drop shipping operations to become the trusted partner for e-commerce solutions, empowering both startups and large enterprises to achieve exponential growth through innovative, customized, and efficient services.

SCHEDULE

5 days work week (Monday to Friday)-7:00AM-4:00PM

Willingness to work on Public Holidays or Philippine Holidays
