The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide top-level assistance to the Retail Banking Segment Head while exhibiting tact and integrity to streamline processes. Depending on the expectations of the Segment Head, specific responsibilities may change.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide top-level assistance to the Retail Banking Segment Head while exhibiting tact and integrity to streamline processes. Depending on the expectations of the Segment Head, specific responsibilities may change.
How You'll Contribute
- Safes keeps and maintains the office's file system in accordance with the bank's retention and information system for record-keeping and to provide easy access to needed information.
- Prepares reports, correspondence, minutes, and memoranda as instructed to assist the officer in managing office communication.
- Calendar management for the executive and will aid the executive in preparing for meetings
- Proactively recommends process improvements that will serve as solutions to contribute to more efficient service delivery.
- Monitors the level of office supplies and requests replacements when necessary to ensure that the division has enough resources for their day-to-day activities.
- With effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Preferably with project management experience.
- Open to work onsite daily.
