Looking to break into sales? We're hiring Entry-Level SDRs to join our in-person team in Davao City. You’ll be part of a high-energy call center making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying them, and helping drive pipeline growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Call leads daily and engage them in friendly, professional conversations
- Ask qualifying questions to determine interest and fit
- Book meetings and pass leads to the closing team
- Take direction from scripts and adjust based on live responses
- Update CRM entries with call notes and outcomes
- Strong spoken English and confidence on the phone
- No sales experience required—but a plus if you’ve done outbound calls
- Full-time availability and ability to work in our Davao City office
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and coachable mindset
