YOUR OPPORTUNITY
InMoment is looking for a confident, charismatic Enterprise Sales Director- CX, who is not afraid of collaborating with large enterprises while bringing your passion, knowledge, and integrity. Using your experience in the Customer/Employee Experience domain, you will hit the ground running to help us engage customers, demonstrate the true value of Experience Improvement and driving ROI. This is an individual contributor role that will be focused on driving expansion within multiple industry disciplines and may have the potential to offer sales leadership in the medium term.

The role demands a smart, hardworking, and passionate individual to join a high growth environment with a leading company culture where you can have an immediate impact. You will be working closely with the broader Asia Pacific sales and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions to new customers and prospects. As a voice to our Customers and Prospects, you will be a proud ambassador of our brand.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 10+ years' experience selling enterprise solutions

  • Experience selling SaaS/Cloud model subscription solutions

  • Must love technology sales and building long-term business relationships

  • Agile, high EQ, innovative, challenger mind-set players

  • Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly

  • Proven ability to listen and understand customer needs with an empathetic ear

  • Ability to work in a high-energy technical team environment as a team player

  • Ability and desire to personally develop new business in a growing market

  • Live and breathe customer service and demonstrate a customer-first attitude at all times

  • Communicate effectively and effortlessly with internal and external customers

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Implement technical solutions, e.g. cleanse and upload large data sets, configure dashboards, reports, etc. using InMoment Platforms.

  • Regularly review and update the text analytics code frames, including phrases, keywords, and entities.

  • Ensure the consistency and accuracy of the taxonomy, synonyms, and linguistic rules.

  • Identify and add new entities (e.g., people, organizations, locations) to the code frame.

  • Develop and refine keyword lists for topic categorization and sentiment analysis.

  • Utilise InMoment tools to conduct detailed text analysis to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine text analysis queries to discover richer insights from unstructured data.

  • Conduct regular audits of the text analytics system to identify gaps or inconsistencies.

  • Maintain clear documentation of changes and updates to the code frame.

  • Stay current with the latest developments in text analysis, NLP, and AI methodologies.

  • Support the Program Architect in designing and implementing programs to help clients analyse their unstructured customer feedback.

  • Conduct quality reviews for implementation deliverables.

  • Utilise InMoment Platform knowledge to share best practices for solution implementation throughout the scoping process.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement program improvements.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve client's technical/system-related issues and questions.

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver these projects in accordance with project timelines.
