Drop-shipping VA (Walmart Account)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our Walmart marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product sourcing for two-step dropshipping, with a focus on items with next-day delivery and a good return policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product sourcing for two-step dropshipping, ensuring items have next-day delivery and a favorable return policy
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Exhibit respect and loyalty in all professional interactions
• Lead and manage other employees, with the ability to hire and expand the team for more listings
• Present a comprehensive method for finding new suppliers during the interview
• Utilize technology effectively, with a strong emphasis on being tech-savvy
• Have overall knowledge of Walmart's marketplace and other marketplaces
• Experience with Buybox strategies and relevant software is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Sheets is required
  
  

Proven experience in product sourcing for two-step dropshipping.

• Ability to show previous history in product hunting for two-step dropshipping during the interview
• Fluent English speaking skills
• Demonstrated experience in the field
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and expand a team
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of relevant tools and software
• Knowledge of Walmart's marketplace and other marketplaces is a plus
• Experience with Buybox strategies and software is a plus
