What Will You Do
- Support developing and implementing initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience in Iloilo.
- Supports the smooth running of office administration matters such as office management, maintenance and pantry needs.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to employee experience.
- Manages travel arrangements for employees coming in and out of Iloilo, which includes flight arrangements, hotel bookings and submission of visa applications.
- Supports with external vendor coordination for administrative and engagement use.
- Assist with any other related duties as required.
- Strong interest in HR, with a focus on employee experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Also open to Fresh Graduates.
