Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing junior design talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in design of packaging

Familiarity with video editing and animation tools.

Understanding of printing processes and production techniques.
