Job Summary
- Delivers assessment and analytical support on transaction costing, and profitability analysis of the new or existing products and services. Evaluates the cost and profitability analysis made by the product managers of product development and enhancement. Responsible for the monitoring and safekeeping of the sealed bidding documents received from the accredited suppliers/contractors.
- Engage in major facets of transaction costing, cost-benefit analysis, and profitability analysis
- of new or existing products and services of the Bank as the basis for pricing, profitability, rationalization, and allocation of service costs.
- Assess or evaluate the Costing and Profitability Analysis made by product managers or other business units
- Assists in the development and implementation of the bank-wide risk-adjusted profitability measurement report and the related cost allocation.
- Facilitates the opening of sealed bids and makes necessary coordination with the bidding
- coordinators and internal audit representatives to ensure compliance with the sealed bidding
- policy.
- Performs ad-hoc and special projects on cost-benefit and profitability/feasibility studies to support
- management’s decision-making process.
- Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in accounting, business administration degree, or the equivalent
- Experience in banking and management accounting exposure, cost allocation, and product service costing expertise is a plus
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the Bank’s cost drivers
