Job Summary: The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Support will Assist EDI Analyst(s) or EDI Partner(s) in Completing Task(s) related to the EDI process. The incumbent will Function as a Technical Consultant who will help Design, Implement, and Maintain Data Interchange System(s) between Department(s). He/She will take part in Analyzing the Needs of the Business and; Design System(s) to efficiently transfer Information between Multiple Parties - while also Maintaining EDI System(s) and Train End-Users, Coordinate with Client(s), and Understand their Needs.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:
• Understand 'EDI-B2B' Processes - - And Monitor Electronic
Data Interchange Transaction(s) Using different EDI Tool(s)
Provided while Sending Regular-Update(s) to EDI Analyst/s
• Provide Support to EDI Analyst(s), and Partner(s) in the US
via Existing-Communication-Platform(s), Check Alert Status
and Respond with Validation-Data
• Consolidate Production Data - And Submit for Reporting on
a Weekly/Monthly Basis To EDI Project Manager(s), as well
as the Management/Leadership-Team - - Ensure Request/s
are Responded On the Same Day
• Facilitate (and Participate in) Weekly Meeting(s) to Ask Any
Question(s) pertaining To EDI-Related-Task(s) - Function(s)

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree: Related Course(s) with Minimum of 1YR
Related-Experience - BPO + Similar-Function - Environment
• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills & can Handle
Business Conversation(s) w/ Different Management Level(s)
• Can Follow Specific Written Instruction(s), in Completing the
Research-Task(s) and Basic PC Knowledge Required: Word
Processor, Emails, Spreadsheet/s
• Familiar with UNIX_DOS COMMAND LINE; Other Preferred
Qualification(s): Knowledge + Background - - Web Protocols
(HTTPS & TLS), Shell Scripting, Telnet-SSH, and Command
Line Interface (Linux Based) and User Administration (Setup
+ Maintaining Account), System Maintenance - Performance
Monitoring - Axway B2BI, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator & IBM
Sterling B2B integrator Map Editor and Putty (ADVANTAGE)
• Able to function with Minimal-Guidance and Supervision in a
Time-Critical Environment + Maintain Confidentiality of Work
