ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT / ORDER PROCESSOR

Processing Orders on Online Marketplaces:
- Manage and process orders across various online platforms like eBay, Amazon, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Handling Shipment Issues:
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, such as incorrect items, delays, or damages.
- Coordinate with logistics partners or internal teams to rectify issues promptly.
Reporting Listing Issues:
- Identify and report any problems with product listings, such as incorrect prices, descriptions, titles, or images.
- Ensure listings are accurate and up to date to avoid potential customer complaints.
Providing Feedback & Suggestions:
- Offer constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements to the Team Leader or Manager.
- Contribute to team discussions with ideas to enhance efficiency or customer experience.
Communicating Delivery Updates:
- Liaise with the Customer Service (CS) team to provide updates on delivery statuses, delays, or any issues that may affect the customer.
- Ensure that the CS team is informed so they can manage customer expectations accordingly.
Data Entry:
- Accurately input data related to orders, inventory, or customer information into relevant systems.
- Maintain organized records to support seamless operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fast Learner with Great Memorization Skills:
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, processes, and platform-specific requirements.
- Retain and recall important information efficiently.
Exceptional Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, customers, and external partners.
- Clarity and professionalism in all communications.
Time Management and Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of orders, inventory, and other responsibilities.
Sense of Urgency:
- Proactive in addressing tasks and problems with speed and efficiency.
- Understand the importance of deadlines and customer satisfaction.
Honesty and Team Player:
- Maintain integrity and transparency in all activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Morning Person:
- Preferably someone who is alert and productive in the morning hours, fitting well with the team's schedule. 7AM-4PM ONLY (OFFICE BASED)
-Must have great English Writing Skills.
-Must be very attentive to details. VERY ATTENTIVE in answering buyers'/clients' concerns.
-Fast learner - Can easily familiarize self with different tools that will be introduced.
-Highly organized and has outstanding time-management skills
-Can gracefully work under pressure & can-do task management without full supervision
-A team-player At least 3-5 Year Experience in Non-Voice BPO Set up and order processing.
-Very unlikely to have attendance issues (Has a FULL commitment to the role throughout the year). Most important of all, have a 100% GREAT ATTITUDE! **
*Working Schedule may include Saturday-Sunday work but definitely will have 2 days Off in a week. TBA
