We are looking for a Strata Assistant who will provide support to the Strata Manager and assist with a variety of tasks related to the management of strata properties.
Qualifications and Attributes
- At least 3 years of experience in strata property management, administrative or in a similar role
- Any relevant bachelor's degree
- Experience or interest in strata property management is advantageous but not required
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and residents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly
Responsibilities
- Enter management fees into PIQ (Strata Software)
- Update owner information in PIQ, send welcome emails to new owners
- Perform data entry tasks in AIM Digital Reign
- Issue levy notices to owners
- Assist with insurance renewals, claims, and valuations
- Ensure contractor insurances are reviewed annually and documents are filed upon expiry
- Handle maintenance reports, quotes, and manage maintenance inbox tasks
- Generate Section 110 notices, create settlement invoices, and follow up on payments
- Issue notices and communications as directed by the Strata Manager
- Process orders to completion and manage related inboxes
- Communicate with strata committees and residents, handling requests like key orders
- Assist with managing admin inboxes/email management
- Help schedule and support strata meetings
- Provide administrative support to the insurance team as needed
- Perform other duties as required

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
