Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all items are shipped accurately and on time using various couriers
- Coordinate shipping and logistics with the founders
- Review order sheets and decide shipping priorities in consultation with founders
- Instruct the shipping team to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor delivery deadlines and communicate with clients and founders as needed
- Manage inventory levels and place orders with partners as necessary
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure customers have the best possible experience
- A humble attitude and a willingness to learn—this is our top requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field (not limited to shipping)
- At least 2 years of experience working directly with founders or executives
- Startup experience is a plus
- Proficient in using communication tools like Messenger and Slack
- Comfortable speaking and communicating in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- A team player who’s proactive and solution-oriented
