We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Senior People Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence. You are confident in identifying inefficiencies and know how to revamp and build scalable processes from the ground up. You collaborate effectively across teams to bring ideas to life and deliver meaningful improvements that enhance the employee experience.
This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes, strong stakeholder collaboration skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. You'll play a key role in supporting our global workforce and helping to scale our People Operations function as we grow.
While this is a remote role, candidates must reside within 25km of downtown Manila to accommodate regular in-person team sessions. You’ll be joining a close-knit, global team, contributing to a collaborative, high-impact environment built on support and shared success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global People & Culture teams to streamline and optimize end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Act as a point of contact for People Operations escalations, providing guidance and coaching on complex or Tier 2 cases.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, and organizational changes within HBob (HRIS).
- Maintain data integrity across all people systems and ensure personnel files are accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
- Document and maintain best practices, processes, and team knowledge in a centralized knowledge base.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to support compliance and promote a positive, employee-centric culture.
- Support the preparation and distribution of employee life cycle documentation, such as report and status change letter updates.
- Contribute to annual cyclical events, such as compensation reviews and employee share scheme processes, ensuring accuracy and smooth execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of People & Culture team related projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced People & Culture environment
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end employee life cycle processes.
- An enthusiastic team-player with the ability to work independently, proactive in putting ideas into practice and take own responsibility.
- Ability to adapt to change and effectively deal with change management initiatives.
- An analytical mindset who enjoys problem-solving.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills for effective communication.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and care.
- Knowledge and experience with HRIS systems and had prior experience working in a global organisation will be advantageous.
