The Document Controller is responsible for controlling all aspects of project documentation, using various methods and systems and to provide support to the PMO as required.

The Document Controller is responsible for controlling all aspects of project documentation, using various methods and systems and to provide support to the PMO as required.
Missions/Main Duties
Principal Accountabilities & Activities (But Not Limited To)
- Maintain project records and documents in compliance to the RSA QMS
- Entering and updating electronic copies of internally produced data and vendor data into in the document management system
- Processing all documentation received, including client and vendor data, in accordance with prescribed procedures and time schedules
- Allocating and controlling the numbering of documents and drawings
- Management of hard copy project documentation including filing and archiving.
- Validation and verification of all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility
- Distribution, via transmittal, to internal and external parties
- Creation and update of document templates
- Formatting of documents.
Capability Profile
- Previous document control experience
- Demonstrate use of document management System processes and tools.
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong attention to detail & communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different processes & ways of working in a fast-paced environment
