Main Purpose of the Job:

  • Responsible for the Innovation and Renovation of Nestle Distributor Business Model to Effectively Support NPI Channel and Category Strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of Distributor Supply Chain Systems, Standards and Tools
  • Distributor HR Standards Development - i.e. Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Distributor Field Sales Capability (OAA), Manning Standards, TNA and FGD
  • Development of relevant route-to-market models
  • Development of Relevant and Sustainable Distributor Financial Framework and Supporting Tools
  • Conduct Benchmarking Activities among Competitors in the Local and Foreign Markets
