The Pre-Sales Architect has the capacity to create complicated solutions for the relevant area of expertise through Pre-Sales, deliver them through delivery consultants and Project Managers, win the related contract, and guarantee effective delivery.
Competencies:
- Analyze & gather business requirement from large & complex client environment and perform required research and investigation to identify and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals based on client requirements.
- Assisting with account leadership, business development, and managed services teams on our Cloud Services portfolio and how to position and architect our solutions to build customer value and drive revenue growth.
- Prepares cost estimates for professional and managed services (deployment, migration, implementation, workshops, managed infrastructure, etc.) by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with other engineers, architects, practice leads and other professional and technical personnel (both internal and external)Minimum 3+ years’ experience of solution designing on O365 or M365 (or hands-on experience of deployment)
- Technical Certifications required Microsoft or Google certification.
- Experience of Systems Integration and Migration will be added advantage. Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and AD Connect Services
- Office 365 / M365: on-premises/hybrid Exchange, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, AAD Connect and associated Microsoft Collaboration Services.
- Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
- Office365 Design and Implementation Projects
- Microsoft Teams and voice solutions
- PowerShell Scripting / Graph API
- Exchange Server - 2010, or 2013, 2016
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Mobility and Security suite (EMS E3/E5)
- Identity and Access Management, Mobile Device Management, Information Protection, and Security.
- Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert certification or equivalent Microsoft professional qualification

Qualification & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (in the field of Information Technology and/or or equivalent combination of experience and education; Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Ability to independently conduct meetings with engineering-level, management-level or executive level customer personnel (C-Level) about positioning sales and solutions.
- Collaborate with the delivery team in projects as a consultant for specific assessment and architecture design tasks.
- Develop relationships and act as liaison with Microsoft or other partners on presales activity and account planning.
- Act as a technical evangelist for marketing activities including speaking/presenter engagements at conferences, conventions, user groups, webinars, etc.
