Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the production of planning & readiness functions for operations
  • Delivers operational planning requirements and aircraft tail allocation to ensure safe and punctual operations
  • Ensures that all pre-day planning activity is performed to set up successful operations on the day
  • Ensures comprehensive coordination of all adhoc and critical change/events which impact airline operations
  • Leads the preparations and plans for any significant known disruption, irregular operational activities or adhoc flying requirements
  • Manages the operational acceptance of the Network schedule, driving activities through the life cycle to optimize the plan
  • Owns the portfolio for the Crisis Management Framework/Activation and ensures active participation and best in class standards

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4 year course, preferably related to aviation or airline operations
  • Must have minimum 8 years experience in airline operations support
  • Must have working knowledge about inter-relationships of airline functions, business, and systems planning.
  • Preferably with experience in airport operations or network operations
  • Preferably familiar with Airbus/ATR aircraft and its technical particulars

Note: This position is for a people manager post and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
