- Responsible for checking and encoding of DTR.
- Handles each employee's inquiries regarding DTR or timekeeping-related matters.
- Monitor biometric violations of all employees during the Timekeeping period.
- Process Direct employee's SSS contribution payment, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO documentation.
- Handles direct employees' inquiries related to SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO inquiries.
- Responsible for all employee Evaluation assessment distribution and monitoring.
- Fill all accomplished evaluations in individual 201 files or turn them over to HR for promotions.
- Handles permit processing of all branches and handles including the following:
- BIR permits, 2303, and POS machine permits
- Business permits including Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc
- At least 1 year of experience in processing BIR permits, 2303, and POS machine permits
