Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across multiple digital channels. This role involves leadership in the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, data-driven decision-making, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the success of the company’s online presence. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving measurable business results through digital channels.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, etStrong creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and execute them effectively.
• Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and automation tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing digital marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Experience with A/B testing and using data to refine digital marketing strategies.
