About The Role
The Senior Manager will be accountable for driving Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Commerce (e.g., TikTok Shop), and Retail Media initiatives. This role involves developing an end-to-end media plan that integrates digital platforms with select above-the-line channels. In addition, the role will also take the lead in Content, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing programs, ensuring the use of the right technologies to maximize performance.

- Strong expertise in integrated campaign development and digital media planning
- Extensive experience in e-commerce, with exposure to Retail and/or FMCG industries preferred
- Deep understanding of digital KPIs, analytics, and performance measurement
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple platforms simultaneously
- Excellent skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement
