Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Victoria Skin Laser Care Center Inc.
  • Ensure clinic processes are followed in accordance with company standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement operational protocols and service workflows for efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels of medical/aesthetic supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise and lead derma and aesthetic personnel, including dermatologists, aestheticians, therapists, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular training, evaluations, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused work culture.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality aesthetic and dermatological services.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and monitor customer satisfaction programs and service feedback systems.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop business strategies, sales targets, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., patient volume, sales targets, treatment conversion rates).
  • Recommend service enhancements and new aesthetic treatments based on trends and demand.
  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date licensing, certifications, and records for the clinic and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH), FDA, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on clinic performance, operational concerns, and patient feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to executive management based on operational trends and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or any related field (preferably with clinical background).
  • At least 5 years of experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinic operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proficient in clinic management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledgeable in dermatology/aesthetic procedures, skincare products, and customer care best practices.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
