Title: Demand Planning Officer
The Demand Planning Officer is critical in developing accurate demand plans using historical data, marketing intelligence, and forecasting tools. This role will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data-driven consensus planning and support business objectives.
The Demand Planning Officer is critical in developing accurate demand plans using historical data, marketing intelligence, and forecasting tools. This role will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data-driven consensus planning and support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain statistical baseline forecasts using demand planning systems (e.g., Anaplan).
- Consolidate sales activities and marketing initiatives into forecast assumptions.
- Generate demand plans and store pull-out projections per SKU.
- Analyze forecast accuracy (WAPE/Bias) and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with supply planning teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning processes.
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Business Administration Management, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
- With at least two (2) years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, forecast accuracy analysis, and sales & operations planning.
- Knowledgeable in risk management and project management with strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Possess advanced proficiency in Excel and other statistical data tools.
- Must be willing to do field work and be assigned at Ortigas, Pasig.
