Job Overview: Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of the company’s marketing initiatives by helping manage day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth coordination across the team. This role involves organizing and maintaining marketing files, calendars, and social media platforms, as well as assisting in content creation and campaign execution. The Marketing Assistant also, collaborates closely with the Graphic Designer to produce layouts, participates in photoshoots, and develops engaging social media content. Additionally, the role provides support in various marketing activities to help strengthen brand presence and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain marketing files, documentation, and calendars.
• Manage and monitor social media platforms, including content posting and basic community engagement.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to produce layouts and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Assist in executing photoshoots and creating social media content.
• Support overall marketing campaigns, events, and activities as needed.
• Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the marketing team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Marketing-related course or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation.
• Ability to organize and maintain marketing files, schedules, and calendars.
• Experience collaborating with graphic designers or creatives is an advantage.
• Skilled in assisting with shoots and developing social media content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn and can work under pressure.
