Job Summary
The Delivery Helper assists in the delivery and transportation of goods, ensuring timely and safe delivery to customers. This role involves supporting drivers, handling packages, and maintaining proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods.
Ensure safe handling and delivery of products to customers.
Help in organizing packages according to delivery routes.
Verify delivery items against invoices or delivery slips.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 30-50 kg).
High school graduate or equivalent.
Basic communication skills.
Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
Familiarity with Metro Manila routes is a plus.
Willing to stay-in.
Working Conditions
Stay-in arrangement within Cubao, Quezon City.
May require early mornings or late evenings depending on delivery schedule.
