- Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments, receipts)
- Maintain and update accounting ledgers and journals
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and monitor billing, invoices, and collections
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- No experience needed
- Familiarity with accounting role is a plus
- Compressed schedule Monday to Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- No weekend work
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
