POSITION TITLE: Procure to Pay Operations New Associate
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

Overall Purpose:
Execute processes related to Procure to Pay with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and execute Procure to Pay and Helpdesk processes
• Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required
• Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions
• Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement
• May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested

Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3-6 months of Procure to Pay experience is required
• Experience in any of PTP skills below is preferred but not required:

Invoice Processing, Payments, Accounts Payable, Vendor Master, etc.

• Able to communicate well in English for verbal and written forms
• Experience in accounting ERP an advantage
• Analytical and fact-based decision-maker
• Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations
• Experience in team interactions and facilitation
• Graduate of Finance-related or Business course
• Able to perform analysis of data and tasks of medium to high complexity
