The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for an Asia RGM Lead to join our Commercial Excellence team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Asia Commercial Excellence Director, core focus of the role is to define and direct the data led RGM strategy across the ASIA iNova organization. Key responsibilities include creating growth and investment opportunities, identifying competitive/differentiation strategies, evaluating, and recommending investment decisions, building strong relationships with key internal and external leaders, partners, and clients. This role will oversee the strategic development, implementation and tracking of RGM Strategy across ASIA.

Overall Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive RGM strategies to drive profitable growth, including pricing, promotion, and trade investment strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of RGM strategies.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market share while maintaining competitive positioning.
  • Promotional Effectiveness: Evaluate and optimize promotional activities to ensure they are driving the desired consumer behaviour and return on investment.
  • Trade Investment: Manage trade investment budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize growth and profitability.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of RGM strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Building and delivering RGM training to the organization.
  • Supporting development of in-house price pack architecture capability
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of RGM professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure successful execution of RGM initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the marketplace.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, qualifications and competencies:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in revenue growth management, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or economics.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics with a track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate investment decisions related to sales strategy.
  • Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop effective sales plans.
  • Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the marketplace.
  • Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
