Job Responsibilities
Must Have:
- Prepare and control documents in accordance with the rules of the company.
- Communicate to employees to understand the companys Code of Discipline.
- Ensures end-to-end processing of employee cases, notices and memorandum pertaining to disciplinary cases.
- Comply with DOLE 1020 registration, DOLE General Labor Standards and Occupational Safety and Health standards.
- Prepare and monitor ER reports(Attrition, Exit interviews, NODs, AWOL).
- Knowledgeable with drafting and issuance of NTE, NOD, Return to work Notices.
- Tracks, organizes and documents all employee cases and disciplinary measures).
- Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code.
- Conduct exit interview to all separated employees as a strategic approach to evaluate the quality of work-life within the Organization and identify problems associated with employee retention and engagement.
- Perform other functions related to position and qualification that are assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Social Science/Law or Political Science.
- Open to Fresh Graduate with relative internship experience.
- Knowledgeable with drafting and issuance of NTE, NOD, Return to work Notices.
- Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code
- Amenable to work on site: Upper McKinley, Taguig City
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal Skills
- Has a positive attitude towards work.
- Has Integrity, resilience, and tolerance to stress, sound decision-making
- Proactive, analytical, and above-average problem-solving skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to improve and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Can deal with ambiguity in the workplace.
