POSITION TITLE: Sales Operations Specialist
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

The Work:
You will be a part of the Sales Operations Resale Support team, supporting Technology Resale. The Technology Resale mission is to help clients choose and buy third party technologies that support their business needs. You are going to work closely with Sales Directors, Resell Clients, Solution Architects, Resale Enablement Teams and Strategic Technology Partners to manage end-to-end quote-to-cash resale business.
You will:
Assist in managing the end-to-end quote and cash process for Cloud Resale transactions including the provisioning of Cloud Account Tenancies, account team financial structures (WBS’s) transition to the billing team and support teams, Administration of the internal Cloud Provider Accounts
Support Cloud Provider Marketplace Resale transactions
Develop a strong understanding of the Cloud Resale business process
Coordinate with shared resources in the India-based Enablement Team to assist with ‘Operations’ tasks
Provide customized information, reports, or other forms of support to client and stakeholders
Work on various tools like SAP/HANA S4, ServiceNow, etc
OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years related experience in sales/sales operations
Fundamental understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies – AWS and/or Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
Experience in Sales Operations including Quote-to-cash processes
Effective written and verbal communications skills to accommodate a wide variety of stakeholders – Cloud Technologist’s, Vendors (cloud and otherwise), customers, executives, multi-cultural
Entrepreneurial spirit to expand and evolve this ever-changing cloud resale ecosystem
Additional Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience in reselling AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP
Hands-on experience in the provisioning cloud tenancies in AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP
Experience in AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP Marketplace transactions
Experience with managing Cloud Provider billing
Experience in driving 3rd party vendor resale agreements
