Here’s where you come in:

As the Data Warehouse Assistant, you will provide help desk support, technical assistance to the various users of the assigned finance system and assist in keeping Global Finance Systems (GFS) Datawarehouse updates and initiatives. This includes identification, prioritization and resolution of end-user service requests. Interact with business customers to provide application support, incident tracking, documentation and training. Administer daily data loading in various systems of reporting supported by the OLAP group.

Requirements include:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year in giving IT related support and coordination
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Possess strong analytical and everyday problem-solving skills.
• Must have a good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and verbal communication in English
